Saga Cruises has confirmed that the first ever voyage on its new ship Spirit of Adventure will leave the UK on 5 November.
It will offer a round-trip cruise from Southampton to the Mediterranean.
The cruise line said all passengers booked on the inaugural cruise were being contacted.
Saga was forced to cancel all its cruises in mid-March as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
Cruises on Spirit of Discovery are due to resume on 1 September.
Saga Cruises managing director Nigel Blanks said: “We have been working with the industry and government to put in place state-of-the-art appropriate health protocols, putting guest safety first to ensure a return to service in the autumn.”
